Information Sharing and Disclosure

Within the Tweener Community

• Public Profiles: If you set your profile to public, other users can see your profile information, match history, and sports ratings.
• Private Profiles: If you set your profile to private, only approved followers can see your detailed information.
• Match Participants: Match results and related information are shared with other participants in the same match.
• Groups: Information is shared with group members based on group privacy settings (open, closed, or private).

Connected AI Assistants

When you choose to connect Tweener to an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Codex (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic), you authorize that provider to request Tweener information on your behalf through our connector. Depending on your request, results can include your sports profile, ratings, match history, rankings, schedule, training activities, linked workout measurements, personal notes, and information about players or open plays you are permitted to access.

We send these results to the connected provider to answer your requests. The provider handles the information under its own terms and privacy policy. Connector access is limited by the permissions you grant and Tweener's account and privacy controls. You can revoke the connection through the connected assistant's settings.

We store connection and usage records to operate, secure and improve the connector, including the connected account and client identifiers, granted permissions, tool names, success or failure, response timing, and result counts. These records are covered by the data-retention practices below. OAuth credentials are used to authenticate and authorize requests; they are not included in tool results.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may delete your account at any time, after which we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we're required to retain it for legal purposes.
